These designs were all part of a chapter I was working on for the book Indie Publishing. Since the chapter discussed best practices for designing and publishing your own Novel, the various designs were to show different approaches as to how you might decide what goes on the cover of your book, as well as how many variants it sometimes takes before you find that one perfect result.
