The MICA GD/MFA program finished developing the book Indie Publishing in the fall of 2007. During 2008 we put the finishing touches on it, finished the layout, and got it out to Princeton for publishing. I co-authored & co-designed two chapters in the book: “Fiction,” w/ Ellen Lupton (pgs.48–61) & “Designer as Publisher,” w/ Lindsey Muir (pgs. 154–161). The book was released in November of 2008.
